栃木駅に比較的近い駐車場。24時間までの上限料金あり。平日の上限額は大通りを挟んで反対側のタイムズと同じですが、そちらと違って休日も100円のプラスで済むのが魅力的。料金ゲートは大通り側にひとつだけですが、レイアウトの関係でかなり奥に入った位置にあるので、特に乗り降りに便利な入口付近や大通り沿いの区画で車の取り回しが難しく、ゲートでギリギリに寄せるにはぐるっと奥まで大回りする必要があります。また、出入口兼用のため入庫と出庫が同時にはできないのが弱点。
