★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 働いている方がマスクをしていたのはいいのですが、鼻マスクでした。それに声も小さくてかなり聞こえづらかったです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 薬が不足しているため、当たり前のような対応で処方を断られました。不足しているのであれば確保する努力と在庫がありそうな薬局を案内するなどの対応をするのが薬局の義務なのではないのでしょうか。取り寄せの対応がなかったことにも驚きです。

I am also surprised that there was no response to the order.
