J	JIN on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2年ほど前に中古車を購入しました。しかし買って1ヶ月程度で警告灯が点灯保証期間内なので修理に出したところ直りましたと言って戻ってきましたがまた一週間程度で警告灯が点灯、また修理に出すも一週間程度で警告灯がまた点灯、そんなことを何回か繰り返し保証期限が切れました。何回も修理に持っていく手間もかかり、結局根本的な対応はされないままに警告灯だけリセットして返却していたようです。今回ディーラーに車検の見積もりを出したところ、警告灯の部分の修理は部品代だけで12万円かかると言われました。本来警告灯が点灯して1回程度はリセットして様子を見ることはあっても2回3回と点灯するのにリセットのみで根本的な対応をしないということは中古車販売業者としてはありえない、もしわかった上でこれをしているなら相当な悪徳業者ですとディーラーでも言われました。修理費用が非常に高くかかることがわかっているから保証期間内には修理対応せずリセットで警告灯を消していたのだとわかりました。表面的には対応もよく修理依頼にも気持ちよく対応してくれましたが、結局根本的な対応をせずに保証期限が切れるまで何度も客に足を運ばせ諦めるのを待つというありえない対応であるということが買ってから2年過ぎてわかりました。これを読んで皆さんが同じような被害にあうことがないよう切に願います。 I bought a used car about two years ago. On the surface, they responded well and responded comfortably to repair requests, but in the end it was impossible to wait for customers to visit and give up until the warranty expired without taking a fundamental response. 佐	佐竹久美子 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5年前くらいにこちらで86を購入しました。まだ若かったから舐められたのか当時の担当スタッフ(たしかAE111か101あたりがその人の愛車)にタメ口で終始話され、その後もタイヤ交換や諸々お世話になりましたがホイールはガリ傷だらけ、タイヤは組んでもエア漏れしたままクルマを返されな酷い始末。それ以降5台ほもクルマを乗り換えてますが全てこんな事は1度もありませんでした。 I bought 86 here about 5 years ago. I was licked because I was still young, and the staff in charge at that time (probably AE111 or 101 is that person's car) talked from beginning to end, and after that I was taken care of by tire replacement and various things, but the wheels were full of scratches and tires. Even if it is assembled, the car is returned with air leaking and it is a terrible disposition. Since then, I have changed 5 cars, but none of this has happened.
