★ ★ ★ ★ ★ この事務所の女性弁護士の大塩は要注意。相談料は無料と事務所に確認したのに、二週間後に請求されました。約束が違うと私が言い張り、相談料10800円は無事に戻りましたが、自分から依頼を断っておいて、二週間後に相談料を請求は無いですよね!
Watch out for Oshio, a female lawyer at this office. I confirmed with the office that the consultation fee was free, but I was billed two weeks later. I insisted that my promise was different, and the consultation fee of 10800 yen returned safely, but I declined the request and I will not be charged the consultation fee two weeks later!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大塩弁護士に電話にて、対応可能な案件か問い合わせをし、適切に用件を聞いていただけたと感じました。民事、刑事にシッカリ取り組んでいらっしゃる姿勢が伝わり、相談だけになってしまいましたが『何より心の労りを』というアドバイスを頂き、法律的観点だけではなく、人心を介した言葉が何故かストンと腑に落ちました。ありがとうございます。
一点残念だったのは、熱心なあまり、これから依頼人となるかもしれない人物の名前を『アナタ』と言ってしまう所でしょうか。もちろん、出来る事は出来ない、出来る事は出来るという事が必要とされるお仕事なのかと思いますが、顧客獲得には名前は大切にする事が重要でもあると思いました。
他のレビューにありますが、弁護相談には、法的に最低限の相談料金が定められておりますから、キチンと必要な相談経費を準備した方が良いように思います。手違いがあったのかもしれませんが、自分の問題を解決する為のお金ですから、弁護士選びには入念なリサーチが必要です。
I felt that I was able to ask Oshio attorney on the phone whether it is a case that can be dealt with, and listened appropriately. I was told that I was working hard on civil and criminal matters, and I was only consulted, but I received the advice of “thank you”, and for some reason the words through the human mind were not just from the legal point of view. Fell into Thank you very much.
One disappointment was that I was so enthusiastic that I would say "You" as the name of a person who might become a client in the future. Of course, I think that it is a job that you can not do, you need to be able to do it, but I thought that it is important to value the name to win customers.
As mentioned in other reviews, the legal minimum consultation fee is set for legal counseling, so I think it is better to prepare a necessary consultation fee with Chitin. It may have been a mistake, but because it is money to solve my problem, careful research is necessary to select a lawyer.
