T	Toru HIRUMA on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初めての来店で、一番高いコーヒーとケーキを頂きました。コーヒーはゲイシャのパナマです。豆は少なくとも１週間に１度は焙煎しているそうです。小さな深鍋を使っているそうです。それを注文後に挽いて、ネルでドリップしてくれます。香り高く、とても濃い味わい。私は酸味の強いコーヒーを好みますが、酸味と甘さのバランスがとても良かったです。ゲイシャのパナマは希少で、かなり高価な物を1,000円以下で提供してくれます。ガトーショコラも濃い。コーヒーにとても合います。駐車場なし。路上駐車はできそうですが、勿論推奨ではありません。斜め隣にある市役所の駐車場に停めました。それもあまり褒められません。すみません。 wi-fiなし。店長さんに訊いたら仕事用のネット回線を何とかしてくれそうでしたが、流石に使わせてもらう訳にはいきません。コロナ自粛のストレスを晴らす、いい時間でした。お店の営業時間、お休み、イベント等の情報が盛り沢山なインスタグラムのフォローをお勧めします。 This was my first visit and I had the most expensive coffee and cake.
