み	みか on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ とても美味しい町中華です。味噌ラーメン、チャーハン、餃子、シュウマイをいただきました。戸田公園近辺だと一番美味しい町中華だと思ってます。 ■味噌ラーメンさっぱりとして食べやすい味噌ラーメンです。麺が自家製麺でとても歯ごたえごあり、非常に美味しいラーメンでした。他のラーメン類も自家製麺とのことなので、いつか全て食べてみたいと思います。 ■チャーハンこれぞチャーハン、といった味わいで大変美味しかったです。ほどよく水分がとんでいてパラパラ、通常盛りでもボリュームがあり大満足です。 ■餃子個人的にですが、餃子が美味しい、と聞く中華のほとんどは「宇都宮の餃子に比べると別に…」という感じでしたので、最初はあまり期待していませんでした。でもこちらの餃子は本当に美味しいです。よくある餃子は餡が練られすぎて具の食感がなくネチャネチャですが、こちらは程よく具の形が舌で感じられ、旨味があります。こちらで食事する際には毎回食べたいですね。 ■シュウマイちょっと少ないかもなと思いつつ3個入りを頼みましたが、大きなシュウマイが3つで大変良いボリュームでした。肉の甘い脂がよく出ていて美味しいシュウマイです。よくあるお弁当に入っているシュウマイとは別物ですよ。お皿についているからしはたっぷりつけて食べるとより美味しいと思います。特に自家製麺が非常に気に入ったので、次回は担々麺やラーメンを頼みつつ餃子を食べたいと思います。 It is a very delicious town Chinese.
