★ ★ ★ ★ ★ トレーニングルームを使用しました。使用料が安価ですし、マシンも充分、フリーウエイトも設置されてて満足のいく施設です。しかし施設を利用する為に講習を受けるのがちょっと面倒でした。
I used a training room. The fee for use is low, the machine is sufficient, and the free weights are also installed, making it a satisfactory facility. However, it was a little bother to take a class to use the facilities.

民間企業のスポーツジムに比べるともちろん設備は劣りますがマシンは一通りありますので筋トレぐらいなら充分だと思います
何より値段が超格安なのが魅力ですね〜?
更衣室奥にしっかりと湯量たっぷりのシャワーが設備されていますので汗?も流して帰れます。
使用開始前にいちど安全講習を受けないといけません。それと スポーツジムですが民間ジムにあるようなエアロビクスやダンス的なスタジオはありませんよー?
もう一つ大事な事ですが 河内長野市民オンリーみたいな感じですね〜!

Above all, the price is super cheap ~
A shower with plenty of hot water is provided at the back of the changing room, so you can wash away your sweat.
You have to take safety training once before using. Also, it is a sports gym, but there is no aerobics or dance studio like a private gym.
Another important thing is that it feels like Kawachinagano citizen only!
