★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 院長は診療が的確かつ迅速。子供も診てくれるのでいつも家族ともどもお世話になってます。看護婦さんも親身になって話を聞いてくれるしアットホームな感じです。
The doctor is able to provide accurate and prompt medical treatment. I also look after my children, so I always look after my family. The nurses are kind enough to listen to me and feel at home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 下痢、嘔吐の症状が出ており周辺のクリニックを探して訪問。電話診察しか受け付けないとの一点張りの為、電話にて相談した。診察料は発生するのかと聞くと、「電話の通話料のみ」とハッキリ答えられた為、先生からの電話待ち。症状を伝えて明確な原因がわからないまま勝手に処方箋を切られる結果となる。電話診察でまず費用が発生しないと嘘をつかれた事、勝手に薬の処方を切られたことについてはものすごく不誠実だと感じました。また、いざ処方箋を取りに行くと保険証を持っていかれ、5分以上外で待たされるという始末です。人の病気を治す専門家が、このような対応をされるのは非常に悪印象であり、2度と行きたくないと感じました。星1つもつけたくありません。

I felt terribly dishonest about the fact that I was lied to the fact that the cost was not incurred in the telephone examination and that I was cut off the prescription of the medicine without permission. Also, when I go to get my prescription, I have to bring my health insurance card and wait for more than 5 minutes outside. It was a very bad impression for an expert to cure a person's illness to take such a response, and I felt that I would never want to go again. I don't want to have a single star.
