★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 人気があって混んでますが、とても美味しいので待ちは苦ではないです。テイクアウトして少し冷めてしまっても美味しいです。今回のテイクアウトは結構混んでいたからか、注文時に店員さんが一度もこちらを見なかったのはあまり気持ちの良いものではないですね。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初めてかつや利用しました。ただ安いだけかと思ったら、かつは肉厚でとても食べ応えありました。サラダと豚汁とカツ丼のセット食べたのですが、お腹いっぱいになりました。また利用します。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 家族の昼食を作るのが面倒だと思いこちらの店舗でテイクアウトでカツ丼を注文しました。 店内はかなりのお客さんで混雑していましたが女性の店員さんはとても丁寧に対応してくださいました。 すごく好印象です。 またカツ丼ができるまでの時間ですが事前に電話で予約をしていたためほとんど待たずに受け取ることができました 丸電話で予約をしていなければ少し待つかもしれないので予約をしたほうがいいと思いました。 駐車場はやや狭めで他のコンビニエンスストアなどもあるため駐車する時には少し気を使うと思います。 しかし平日の日中などを狙って行くのであればあまり混雑をしていないのでおすすめです。 どうしても気になるようであればお昼ご飯の時間帯を避けて1時や2時に行くこともいいと思います。

持ち帰ってしまったため仕方なく間違えてたロースカツ丼を食べたが、ただカツが乗っかってるような酷い出来だった。（嫌がらせ？）
中身を目視しなかった自分も悪いが、以前も漬物が入っていなかったことがあったのでここの店舗では頻繁にあり得るミスなんだと確信した。
もう二度とここの店には行きません。お勧めしません。

店内飲食とテイクアウトのお客さんでレジの混雑が解消しない。注文するために声をかけるまでお茶も出さない。目が届いていないし人手が足りていないのは明白です。店員を増やしたほうがいいと思います。

The congestion at the cash register is not resolved by the customers who eat and drink in the store and take out. I don't even serve tea until I call out to order. It's clear that they are out of sight and lacking manpower. I think it's better to increase the number of clerk.

午後7時頃に来店。
テイクアウトのお客さんが列をなしていました。
店内飲食の私達夫婦は入口の順番待ち表に記載し待っていたのですが、後から来たお客がスルスルと店内へ。
「えっ！あれー!?」と思い、私達も空いている席へ。
程なくお水と共に店員さんが。
「ご注文決まりましたらお声がけ下さい。」との事でしたので、ほぼ決まっていたとは言えしばしメニュー表とにらめっこ。
「やはりコレ」と注文しようとしたら、ちょうど混雑時だったので中々店員さんが来ない。
他の「かつや」の店舗（石巻店）だったらタッチパネルなのに、ここはタッチパネルどころか呼び鈴もなかったので、まるで小学生が横断歩道を渡るがごとく手を上げて店員さんを呼んでの注文となりました。(^^;
奥は「ヒレカツ丼」私は「とん汁定食（ロースカツ・とん汁（大））」に、ご飯大盛りを。
ご飯大盛りが予想を少し上回り驚きましたが、カツが美味しかったのでご飯おかわりしたくなりました。
それにしても前回「東仙台店」でお持ち帰りした際に¥100円引きサービス券（4枚中2枚）をいただき利用したのですが、更に今回5枚いただきました。
これはまた使わないと…。

When I tried to order "this", the clerk didn't come because it was just busy.
At other "Katsuya" stores (Ishimaki store), it was a touch panel, but there was no call bell, let alone a touch panel, so it was as if an elementary school student crossed a crosswalk and raised his hand to call a clerk to place an order. (^^;
In the back is "Hirekatsu Don" I have a large serving of rice in the "Tonju set meal (loin cutlet / Tonju (large))".
I was surprised that the large serving of rice exceeded my expectations, but the cutlet was delicious, so I wanted to refill it.
Even so, when I took it home at the "Higashi Sendai store" last time, I received a ¥ 100 discount service ticket (2 out of 4) and used it, but this time I received 5 more.
I have to use this again ...
