蛍も見れますし、自然豊かな環境で作っている「やまびこ米」は、美味い！(゜∇^d)

笹神地区でパパ友としてお付き合いさせて頂いている方から頂いたこのお蕎麦。
食感がよく、とても美味しかったんで投稿します。
茹で時間を調整しながら、食べてみようと思います。

コシヒカリに比べて粒が大きく、甘みを感じました。
以前スーパーで買った新之助と比べても、美味しいと思います。やはり五頭山のきれいな山の水と独自の農法が味に出ているのでしょうか？
家族にも大好評でしたので、次回はやまびこ米を購入してみたいと思います。

I ate Yamabiko Nosan's Shinnosuke.
The grains were larger than Koshihikari and I felt sweetness.
I think it's delicious compared to Shinnosuke I bought at the supermarket before. Is the clean mountain water of Mt. Gozu and the unique farming method in the taste?
It was very popular with my family, so I would like to buy Yamabiko rice next time.
