★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 場所は分かりづらくブティックのような店構え。店内はほぼショーケースの小さな店だがショーケースにあるケーキ達がアートである。非常に綺麗で写真を撮らせて欲しいとお願いしたくらいである。家に帰りいただいたが甘さ控えめで上品な味。クォリティが非常に高いと思う。
 The place is a boutique store that is difficult to understand. The store is almost a small showcase store, but the cakes in the showcase are art. I asked them to be very beautiful and take photos. I went home, but the taste was modest and elegant. I think the quality is very high.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ アップルパイは、普通にイメージするアップルパイとは全く別もので、本当に美味しい！誰にでもオススメ。
あとゴルゴンゾーラタルト、これもかなり攻めた商品で大好き。ケーキというよりブルーチーズ。ワイン好きの友人が、ワインと一緒に味わうと最高だと言ってました。
The apple pie is completely different from the apple pie you normally imagine, and it's really delicious! Recommended for everyone.
I also love Gorgonzola tart, which is also a fairly aggressive product. Blue cheese rather than cake. A wine-loving friend said it would be great to taste it with wine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 前から気になっていた勝田台近くのケーキ屋さん、ヴァンローゼに初訪問。ここはケーキの種類がとても豊富で見た目も楽しめる変わり種もあります。
初訪問にしては少し冒険気味のラインナップ。（子供は基本ショートケーキしか頼まないのでいつもどこでも買います?）
私が食べたのはベリーのムース。(名前は不明)中にドライフルーツが入っていました。ムースは上品で甘酸っぱさも心地よいのですが、ドライフルーツが苦手で…私にとってはミスチョイスでした。
ショートケーキはスポンジがやたら分厚く、ふわふわではないのがどうもこ好みではありませんでした。ただ分厚いだけではなく、故意に湿らせてしっとりさせているような食感…。私としては軽いスポンジの方が好きです。
他にもアプリコットとごまの香ばしさがミスマッチと感じたり、香辛料がきつく感じるものがあったりと食べ慣れない組み合わせが多く、相性が悪かったです。
好みは人それぞれ。次行く機会があればオーソドックスなケーキを頼もうと思いました。

I ate the berry mousse. (The name is unknown) contained dried fruits. Mousse is refined and sweet and sour, but I'm not good at dried fruits ... It was a mischoice for me.
The short cake was a thick sponge and it was not so fluffy. It is not only bulky, it feels like it is moistened intentionally moistened .... I prefer lighter sponges.
In addition, there were apricot and sesame flavors that felt as mismatches, and there were things that felt spice tight, and there were many combinations that they were not used to eating, so the compatibility was bad.
I like each person. I decided to ask for an orthodox cake if I had the opportunity to go next.

若い販売員さんがクールを気取っているのか？愛想がないだけなのか？事務的で残念。
ケーキって幸せな気分にしてくれるはずなのに、、、味はGood！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 目立たないけど地元では有名な人気のあるお店。アップルパイが美味しいとか。夕方に行ったのでもう売りきれでしたが他のケーキもどれも個性的で可愛くそして美味しい。お店の雰囲気も素敵でした。

追伸…早めに並んで人気ナンバー1のアップルパイを買ってきてくれました。林檎の甘酸っぱさとバーターをたっぷり使ったパイ生地とクリームの甘みがマッチしてとても美味しかったです！
12月25日
追伸…クリスマスと言えばケーキ！ケーキと言えばヴァンローゼと言う事で今年3回目！やっぱり美味しい！ご馳走様でした。

追伸…お祝い事は必ずこちらのケーキで! 春らしい彩りで可愛いケーキばかり。ご馳走様でした。
It's an unobtrusive but popular shop that is famous locally. The apple pie is delicious. I went there in the evening so it was already sold out, but all the other cakes are unique, cute and delicious. The atmosphere of the shop was also nice.
October 11th
PS ... They lined up early and bought the most popular apple pie. The sweetness and sourness of the apple and the sweetness of the cream and the puff pastry with plenty of barter matched and it was very delicious!

PS ... Christmas is cake! Speaking of cake, it's Van Rose, so it's the third time this year! After all it is delicious! It was a treat.

PS ... Make sure to use this cake for celebrations! Only cute cakes with spring colors. It was a treat.
