１．屋根も含めて塗装や補強が必要な個所はキチンと写真を撮って丁寧に教えてくれた。
２．現時点でやるのと5年後にやるそれぞれのメリットとデメリットを分かりやすく説明してくれて納得感が高かった。
３．金額と内容のバランスが他社と比較してコスパが非常に良かった。
