★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 解体予定の家の大型家具や服などの処分をお願いしまして、１日かかりそうな量なのに、半日で終わらせてくださり、スタッフの皆さんもとても丁寧で、(とても愛想良かったです)手際よく作業をしてくださりました。料金も思ってた金額より安かったので、利用して良かったです。
 We ask for disposal of large furniture and clothes of house to be dismantled, and although it is quantity that seems to take one day, we finish in half a day, and all of the staff are very polite (very lovable) I was working on it. As charge was cheaper than the amount of money that we thought, it was good to use.

I asked for your belongings of your grandfather's home.
The estimate was more polite than other vendors.
The staff members were looking at the work on the day and it was very nice.
I was able to respond to the new request also for the small request.
The price was good too.

当日の作業はスタッフのみなさんがテキパキと仕事をされて思っていたよりも早くに作業が終了しました。
価格は他との比較はしていないのでなんとも言えないですが、悪くないと思います。
見積時にこちらの都合にあわせていただいたり、当日もいろいろ要望を聞いていただけたり、とても助かりました。

The work on the day was finished earlier than the staff members thought I was working with Teki-Paki.
I can not say anything because prices are not compared with others, but I think it is not bad.
It was very helpful for me to meet your convenience at the time of quotation and to hear various requests on the day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 友人がなくなり友人の親から遺品整理を頼まれました。
こちらの会社を含め4社に連絡しましたが、こちらの会社では担当から打ち合わせの連絡は無く、受付の女性と現地見積りの時間の打ち合わせを行いました。
当日時間になっても来ない。会社へ連絡すると前回と同じ女性が出て、担当に確認し、折り返し連絡頂けるとの事で連絡を待つと10分経たない位で連絡が入りました。
当日16時で約束を受付の女性としていたのですが、16時ではなく16時以降で何時になるとは言っていないと担当が言ってきました。
はぁー？なに訳判らん事言ってるの？？
現地で時間を約束するのに何時間待つか判らん約束するかつーの！
向かう前に連絡することになっている？そんなん初めて聞いたわ‼
じゃあ何時になるの？と聞くと17時ですとの回答。
この後はこの担当本人と約束したわけでもないので、言った言わないの
話になりそうなので、現地見積もりを断りました。
他社は担当が折り返し連絡をくれて、日程調整が非常にスムーズに行えており、電話での対応も非常に感じが良かったです。
この差からここには絶対依頼しないと決めました。
My friend is gone and my friend's parents asked me to sort out my belongings.
I contacted 4 companies including this company, but at this company, the person in charge did not contact me for a meeting, and I had a meeting with the woman at the reception for the time of the local estimate.
It doesn't come even if it's time on the day. When I contacted the company, the same woman as last time came out, confirmed with the person in charge, and when I waited for the contact, I got in touch in less than 10 minutes.
I had made an appointment with the receptionist woman at 16:00 on the day, but the person in charge said that I did not say what time it would be after 16:00 instead of 16:00.
Huh? What are you talking about? ??
I don't know how many hours I will wait to promise the time locally.
Are you supposed to contact me before you go? I heard that for the first time!
Then what time will it be? I heard that it was 17:00.
After this, I didn't promise this person, so I didn't say it
I declined the local quotation because it seems to be a story.
For other companies, the person in charge contacted me back and the schedule was adjusted very smoothly, and the telephone response was very pleasant.
Because of this difference, I decided not to ask here.
