葛城山山頂近くに
鎮座
山頂ですから国常立尊 が
祭神となっていますが
大神神社の若宮で
葛城山は昔は鴨山言われて
おり出雲系の祭神と
推察します
前日雨天の為パス
翌日は晴天で参詣した
アクセスは葛城山ロープウェイで
山頂へ
徒歩直ぐ
ロープウェイからは
御所市の町並みが
綺麗に見えた
駐車場代1000円
ロープウェイ代往復1500円
計2500円なり
晴天ならいいでしょう
他人の事は言えないが
朝早めに着いたが
ウイークデーでも駐車場は
すでに一番奥であった
暇な人が多い（笑）
神社参拝でなくハイキングの
人であろう
登山の方はロープウェイを
利用されていなかった
なお帰りは駐車場入り待ち
の車がかなりの数待機
していた

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 葛城山へ来た時は寄るようにしてますが誰も素通りしてます。小さな社ですが､あまり手入れされてない感じですね。
When I come to Mt. Ibaraki, I try to stop, but everyone passes by. It's a small company, but it doesn't feel like it's been well maintained.

It is a shrine just after getting off Katsuragisan Ropeway Yamagami Station. It is located in the primeval beech forest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最初、天神社とあるので、天神さんがお祀りされているのかと思ってましたが、神世七代の最初の神である国常立命が御祭神なので天神社。
境内には、お不動様と役行者様もお祀りされてます。
役行者が修行され、法華経八巻の二十八品を友ヶ島から紀泉、金剛葛城の峰々を経由して大和川までに二十八箇所に埋納した伝承があり、二十八箇所の経塚があります。
金剛葛城山脈の最高峰である葛城山に経塚が無いのが不思議な感じです。こちらの葛城天神社は、役行者が生まれる前から鎮座されていたので、こちらに経を埋納するのを遠慮されたのかも知れませんね。

It is strange that there is no sutra mound on Mt. Katsuragi, the highest peak of the Kongo Katsuragi Mountains. This Katsuragiten Shrine was enshrined before the actor was born, so it may have been refrained from burying the sutra here.
