★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 発足当時に既に送られていたマイナンバー通知カードからQRコードを読み取りマイナンバーカードをオンライン申請で申込みを1カ月程前にしていました。いよいよ受け取りができる旨の葉書が届いたので受け取りに行って来ました。
いやあ〜栄区役所の方みなさん親切ですね。
同居の母と一緒に行ってきたのですが 立ち止まって申請場所を探していたら直ぐに入口の受付の方が手に持っている葉書を見て「〇〇番です」と声をかけてくれました。マイナンバー受け取りの受付もスムーズでした。次の交付もスムーズでした。交付の時には椅子の後ろのロールカーテンが自動で下がってプライバシーが守られていました。交付が終わるとまた自動で巻き上がりました。なかなか良いアイデアだなと思いました。
マイナンバーカードの写真も携帯で自宅の壁を背にしてぱぱっと撮っただけで大して期待していないのになかなか良い出来です。こんなに簡単に作れるならもっと早く作っていれば良かったです。始終寄り添った対応をして頂いた栄区役所のみなさまありがとうございました。そして日々大変ですが頑張って下さい。

I went with my mother who lived with me, but when I stopped and was looking for a place to apply, the receptionist at the entrance immediately looked at the postcard in my hand and said, "It's number XX." . The reception of my number was smooth. The next delivery was smooth. At the time of delivery, the roll curtain behind the chair automatically lowered to protect privacy. When the delivery was over, it rolled up again. I thought it was a good idea.
The photo of my number card is very good because I took a photo with my cellphone against my wall and I didn't expect much. If it was so easy to make, I wish I had made it earlier. We would like to thank all of the Sakae Ward Offices for their close cooperation. And it's tough every day, but please do your best.

区役所に用事がある人は、本館で駐車券を提出すれば無料になります。

館内上から下まで見学させてもらいましたが、とにかく広い。
明るく、使いやすい印象でした。
駐車場も目の前に併設されており、向かいにある栄スポーツセンターにとめることもできます。

開庁直後の訪問と言うこともあり、駐車場も庁内も非常に空いていました。
職員の方は、皆さん挨拶してくれてとても気持ち良かったです?
やはり役所は、朝一番が良いですね

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 本日【急の事情】で休みを頂き栄区役所を訪れました 17時までの就業時間に対し、致し方無い事ですが！時間で「ハイここまで」と行きませんよね 対応して頂いた職員さんは区切り良い所まで時間外対応に職務してくれました・・・忙しい雰囲気はピリピリ伝わって来ていました『有り難うございました 又明日も宜しくお願いします』。
