★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 二階がレストランになっていて、美味しいワインとプレートランチが楽しめます。若い気さくなシェフが作る料理は絶品！テラスから見える自然も素敵です。
まだオープンしたてでメニューは少ないですが、秋にかけて増えていくとのことで楽しみです。
一階のショップでも、試飲(一部有料)が楽しめます。
There is a restaurant on the second floor where you can enjoy delicious wine and plate lunch. The dishes prepared by the young friendly chef are excellent! The nature seen from the terrace is also wonderful.
It's still open and there aren't many menus, but I'm looking forward to the fact that it will increase over the fall.
You can also enjoy tasting (some charges apply) at the shop on the first floor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 勝沼ワイン村、ショップ2階にあるレストラン『マヌッカ』。
“マヌッカ特製プレート”は香草チキン、夏野菜グリル、サラダ、パンがボリューム満点。
“冷製カッペリーニ”も細麺パスタとズッキーニなどとソースの絡みが美味しい。
ワインとの相性も良かったです。
デザートも暑いこの時期にぴったり。
野菜なども自家製農園からの収穫物と言うこでおいしかったです。
散策中にたまたま道路沿いの看板を見つけて入ったのですが、ステキなレストランを見つけました。
車だったら気づかず通りすぎたかも…
オープンしたばかりのようですが、このような時期なので頑張ってほしいです。
Katsunuma Wine Village, restaurant "Manukka" on the second floor of the shop.
The "Manooka special plate" is full of chicken with herbs, grilled summer vegetables, salad and bread.
"Cold Capellini" is also delicious with thin noodle pasta, zucchini, and other sauces.
It goes well with wine.
Desserts are also perfect for this hot season.
The vegetables were also delicious because they were harvested from the homemade farm.
While I was walking around, I happened to find a signboard along the road, but I found a nice restaurant.
If it were a car, it might have passed by without realizing it...
It seems that it's just opened, but it's around this time, so I'd like to do my best.

マヌッカ特製プレートは自家農園の野菜は素材の味が活かされていて、自家製パン、香草チキンも格別な美味しさです。
冷静カッペリーニも麺と野菜の旨味が感じられて素晴らしく、料理とワインの相性も良いです。
目の前を流れる川と葡萄農園の景色も
シェフ、従業員の皆さんの接客も暖かみを感じられ、居心地がよい空間です。

We had a wine shop and a restaurant and had lunch.
Manooka's special plate makes full use of the taste of the ingredients of the vegetables in the own farm, and homemade bread and herb chicken are also exceptionally delicious.
The calm capellini is also wonderful because the taste of noodles and vegetables is wonderful, and the food and wine go well together.

I visited Casa Watanabe. I bought red wine after tasting it while taking measures against the chitin in the corona. I felt the owner's passion for wine and became a fan even though it was a new shop.
