★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前、加害者側の弁護士さんが、こちらの事務所でした。刑事事件にて示談のご連絡が来ましたが、費用を頂き加害者側の代理という気持ちがなく、毎回明るく軽い感じだったので直に「何故そんなに明るく話せるのですか」かと聞いたところ「自分が悪い事をした訳じゃないので」と、当然示談には至らず不本意ながら不起訴処分となり諦めておりましたが、審議会と言うものをしり先日申立てをしました。
この様な形で弁護士の方に更なる精神的苦痛を受けて弁護士の方を一緒に訴えたいくらいでした。
また、この様な弁護士の方を雇っている事務所にも不信感しかありません。

"I didn't do anything wrong," he said. Of course, he didn't reach a settlement and was reluctantly dismissed from prosecution, but he filed a petition with the council the other day.
In this way, the lawyer suffered further mental distress and I wanted to sue the lawyer together.
Also, there is only distrust in the office that employs such a lawyer.
