本日より北新地エリアは卒業し、約二ヶ月間限定ですが新たな中崎西エリアにてレビューをしていきますので、皆様宜しくお願いします(^o^)/
今回は神戸エリア時代に何度か行った事のあるこちら！いつの間にか大阪は難波にもあるんですね（笑）なんせ超久しぶりだったので突撃！
メニューを見てビックリW(`0`)W
王道の玉子とじかつ丼の豚カツの種類が2種ありますやん！肉肉しい肩ロースか、あっさりの背ロースから選びます。
やはり創業の味の肩ロースを選択し、せっかくなので小豆島で何度も食べてる生そうめんも食べたかったので『おすすめセット（肩ロース玉子とじかつ丼+ミニ生そうめん温）』いただきましたぁ〜！
玉ねぎを使用していない、門外不出の出汁で煮込んだかつ丼は衣はしんなりしてますがカツとの一体感は抜群！はがれない(*⁰▿⁰*)
肩ロースは厚みもあり、ジューシーで美味しく、オーソドックスな味わい！出汁の濃さもちょうど良い感じですね。
生そうめんは湯がき時間がやや長かったのか、残念ながら乾麺との違いは分からない感じでした。
ただ、あご出汁を使用した出汁は美味しい！ミニは量的に少な過ぎて約15秒程で完食（笑）
間違いなく生そうめんは冷製を食べないとですね。

かつ丼の種類もかなり豊富になっているので、また機会があれば他も食べてみたいでおまっ

I graduated from the Kitashinchi area from today, and although it is limited to about two months, I will review it in the new Nakazakinishi area, so thank you everyone (^ o ^) /
This time I've been there several times during the Kobe area! Before I knew it, Osaka was also in Namba (laughs) It's been a long time, so I rushed!
I was surprised to see the menu W (`0`) W
There are two types of pork cutlet with royal road egg and katsudon! Choose from meaty shoulder loin or light back loin.
After all, I chose the founding taste of shoulder loin, so I wanted to eat raw somen that I have eaten many times in Shodoshima, so I got the "recommended set (shoulder loin egg tojikatsudon + mini raw somen hot noodles)"!
The katsudon, which does not use onions and is stewed in a soup stock that does not go out of the gate, has a soft batter, but the sense of unity with the cutlet is outstanding! Does not come off (* ⁰▿⁰ *)
The shoulder loin is thick, juicy and delicious, and has an orthodox taste! The soup stock is just right.
Unfortunately, I couldn't tell the difference between raw somen and dried somen, probably because the boiling time was a little long.
However, the soup stock made with chin soup stock is delicious! The amount of mini is too small and it takes about 15 seconds to finish (laughs)
There is no doubt that raw somen must be eaten cold.

And the variety of katsudon is quite abundant, so if I have a chance, I would like to try other dishes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love this oldschool place!! Much love to this Crunchy to katsu place. Amazing portion great price. Food coma! Must visit in Osaka. The sauce is amazing. And the crunch though. . Thinking abt it makes me kinda drool a little.

Not particularly tender, not filled with extensive flavor, the breading is just the bare minimum, but it was still a satisfactory crunch, the sauce is rather tasty (for my Korean Katsu) and very filling. A safe place to eat that is in a convenient spot that will fill you up for a slightly expensive price, but nothing exceptional. Service is fast and good and the ordering process is convenient and easy (by machine).
