機会があったらまた行ってみたいお寿司屋さん。
目立たない場所にあります。
お父様と息子さんの親子でお寿司を握っています
。
まず、カウンターが圧巻。白木のカウンターはシミ汚れ等が一切なく、ヘリもない。
毎日の完璧な手入れをしているのだろうと感心致しました。
寿司もとても新鮮で美味しく頂きました。
帰りは息子さんが宿泊先まで送迎してくれました。あの時は、ありがとうございました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 駐車場は店舗前に5台、東側に30mくらい行ったところに6台くらいある。ランチの上寿司コースで1620円、中寿司コースで1400円。寿司は8貫分なので、男性だと物足りないかも。

お寿司だけを考えても十分美味しいです。
値段が少しお高めなのと、駐車場が少し不便なところはありますが、それらをふまえても、主人の熟練の職人芸は、見るだけで何割増しか美味しく感じられます。
それ程に居心地がよいお店です。
お財布に余裕があれば、ぜひ立ち(カウンター)でのお食事をお勧めします。

ランチでお邪魔した際にはシャリは大きめで握ってくれ、途中からお酒を飲みだすとシャリが自動的に小さめになる。
箸で食べてるとシャリはかために握ってくれ、手で食べてるとこれまた自動的に柔らかく握ってくれます。
よく見てらっしゃる。
技術は勿論のこと、新鮮なネタに妥協していないのもよくわかります。
回転率は良くなさそうなのに、いつもネタが新鮮なのは本当に凄い事だと思います。
話せばわかると思いますが、大将の人間性が最高に気持ちの良いお店です。
是非カウンターで召し上がるのをオススメします。

初めてカウンターで皿ではなく握りを出していただいて食べました。
とても美味しくて贅沢な気分になりました。
上寿司でサラダとお椀とデザートにメロンがついて1420円とリーズナブルでした。
佐原でも少し外れにあって、ググって初めて知ったお店でした！
また行きたいです！
