As I left, the two women (who didn’t help me) at the reception counter were laughing and making fun because I was upset with how I was treated. The doctors could be amazing here, but I will never know. I do not recommend this hospital solely based on the fact of how I was treated at the reception desk. 病院は沢山あるので、あえてここに行く必要は無い。If considering this hospital, I would suggest finding another, as there are lots around! Telephone correspondence and acceptance attitude are bad. People who are suffering from injury and pain, I think that it is work of receptionist to carefully talk to people who do not know the medical system in Japan.
