娘も私も驚いたのは、それについて連絡したところ、遠鉄百貨店のケイトスペードの担当者や売場責任者の真摯な対応でした。
安いものでは無かったけれど、値段に見合う対応をしっかりして下さったと思いました。
ネットで購入するのはすごく楽なことだけど、その後の対応を目の当たりにすると、実際に足を運んで気に入った物を購入することの大切さを痛感しました。
 There was a slight accident in the gift I bought on my daughter's 20th birthday.
What surprised my daughter and I when I contacted him was the sincere response of the person in charge of Kate Spade at the Entetsu Department Store and the person in charge of the sales floor.
It wasn't cheap, but I thought it was a good deal for the price.
It's very easy to buy online, but when I witnessed the response after that, I realized the importance of actually visiting and buying what I liked.
