★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 訪問営業をしなくなった。信金はフットワークが命でしょ。営業しないで都市銀レベルの対応しかやらないなら金利、利息も都市銀レベルにするべき。両替手数料も高いし付き合うメリットがない。
住宅ローンを切り替えた時は月に１回訪問します。って言ってたのに舌の根も乾かぬうちに営業を取りやめとか…口約束とは言え酷すぎでしょ
ご来店感謝デーとか粗品は要らないから営業してほしい。経費の使い方間違えてる気がします。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 講座を新規作成するだけで2時間も待たされた。書類に印鑑を押す際に説明がない。あげくにこれも書いて持ってきてくださいと渡された書類は よく見ると年金を他行から自行へ振り込むようにする書類だった。年金番号と口座番号を書いて持ってきてと言われただけ。これって詐欺ではないのか？解約しに行くつもりです。
