O	Oliver Hurst on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to Katachi this morning after checking out of our hotel at 10am. Katachi was close by and had a sign showing an opening time of 10am. The girl who was opening the shop was late and had not taken the chairs off the table, and proceeded to set up at a leisurely pace until 10.15 with no explanation or apology. She then made us sit outside and wouldn’t take our order at the table. I ordered a latte and a tea straight away. We had to wait until 10.40 until the average-standard coffee and tea were ready, with no apology from the girl on duty despite me asking repeatedly if our drinks were ready. We were the only customers there at the time so we have no idea why it took 25 minutes to make or why the shop was open 15 minutes later than advertised. Also, the drinks were served in cardboard cups despite us not taking these away, presumably because the woman on duty couldn’t be bothered doing the washing up. I would advise the management that their employee either doesn’t care all about her work. Would also recommend that she should try speaking to customers and offering an apology for her lateness.
J	Jess Barga on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cool, unique building and an eclectic menu with reasonable prices - my coffee was on the cold side by the time I received it, but everything was tasty. The atmosphere is nice, with odds and ends to shop from, and service is friendly.

a	a chan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At this cafe you gotta choose how strong you want your coffee to be. My recommendation would be “dark”, which was the strongest among three choices. My hand dripped coffee looked really dark but wasn’t that strong. It was just right for me and to my liking. I would like it to be much hotter though.
