利用者にきちんと対応できてない、寒い日にきちんと服も着せてない靴下も履かせてない、何のため冬服持っていったのか解らない対応きちんとした職員常時させて欲しい
利用者が家に帰りたいと泣くくらい酷い対応かと
がっかりしました
 The staff's response is not good
I can't handle the users properly, I can't wear clothes properly on cold days, I can't put on socks, I don't know why I brought winter clothes.
Is it a terrible response that the user cries when he wants to go home?
