★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 配車アプリで呼んだらドライバーが配車位置を間違え、ドライバーからアプリ経由で電話があったが受電した瞬間に切電された！しかたなく暑い中汗だくで車を探し乗り込んだら言い訳ばかりで謝罪もなし！車内でも喧嘩売ってるとしか思えない対応。この件に関して会社に電話しても受電した男性社員にも誠意が感じられなかったので、これ以上被害者がでないようにここに書く。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 予約したのに予定時間にタクシー来ず、15分後に電話して問いただしたら 3分くらい電話保留にされて 今向かってます と。(急遽今向かわせる手配したのだろう) 多分こちらから電話しなかったら永遠にタクシーは来なかったのでしょう 大事な方をお見送りするために時間予約したのにこんなことがあっていいのでしょうか 当然二度と利用することはないし こういうことがあった事を拡めるつもりです。
星1つ どころの話ではない。
I made a reservation, but the taxi did not come at the scheduled time, and when I called and asked about it 15 minutes later, the phone was put on hold for about 3 minutes and I am heading now. (Maybe I made an arrangement to go now in a hurry) Maybe the taxi wouldn't come forever if I didn't call from here. Is it okay if I made a time reservation to see off the important person? Of course, I will never use it again, and I will expand the fact that this happened.
