★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 書類上の質問を電話でしたら、担当者（男性）がやたらタメ口＋横柄な態度（順を追って説明している最中で１分どころか、20秒も立たずに説明を遮られた）で敬語も使わず（←何故か、途中から命令口調に近い位、こっちはお前の部下か？って思うほど）腹立たしかった。
以前に訪問した際の女性の担当者は丁寧かつ親切な対応だっただけに、非常に残念です。
If you asked a question on the paperwork by phone, the person in charge (male) was abusive + an arrogant attitude (in the middle of explaining step by step, it was blocked for 20 minutes without standing for 20 minutes) I didn't even use honorifics (← for some reason, I was close to the command tone, I thought you were a subordinate) I was angry.
It's a pity that the female staff member I visited in the past had been polite and kind.
