発泡スチロールのような保温容器を持っていくことをオススメします。あんこが優しい甘さで、中身タップリの薄皮です。大福まんじゅうという名前ですが大判焼きのような感じです。あじまんに比べると、あんこの量が全く違います。はみ出るアンコです。

不能出國的怨念在腦海中發酵,看著去年日本行的各種美食,我決定來替幾間有特色的店介紹一番,讓大家都能想起不能出國的恨? 記得這天是日本東北之旅的第四天,早上的行程因為有點波折,沒爬到想爬的山寺,卻也因為這場山雨得到了意料外的日本點心,噢!還有中午就大飲梅酒、吃炭火米澤牛排丼的機會,那個美妙的經驗下次再說。 板垣大福饅頭,在我前往山形城跡/霞城公園的路上,日本的鄉間街道總給人一種恬靜緩慢的流動感,一旁的米色街屋引起我的注目,看不懂日文的我只看得懂大福兩個字,雖說店門口還沒開,但直覺告訴我這裡一定有好吃的。 於是繞了山形城跡,被日本喵喵纏住了兩小時,這騙摸摸抱抱的好傢伙真是底片殺,用光精力的我還在名勝古蹟的公園長椅上,曬著冬日暖陽睡了半小時。 醒來後去尋找那間心心念念,又根本搞不清賣什麼點心的小屋,推開門當下以為是車輪餅,好,都進門了,那就不管什麼都給我來一點吧!比手畫腳跟慈祥的奶奶買了兩顆,因為店內空間狹小,我只好走出店門口再吃。 還好有走出店門口! 不然大概會嚇到正在烤大福的奶奶吧? 原來餅皮是麻糬做的,一咬下去的驚喜感讓我跳了起來,外皮帶著焦脆香氣、卻又軟糯的嚼感,綿密的紅豆餡填得緊實,也不會像和菓子那樣甜膩,配著麥茶實在是讓人享受的下午茶。興奮的我一邊對著店門口比?,一邊招呼友人過來吃,顧不得嘴燙,直接在店門口吃掉他了? 東北第四天,因為預定的山寺下雨,後半天都是不在安排內的行程,也許自由行的魅力就在於這裡,所以無意間碰上的美食令人更難忘,以上
