鈴	鈴木佳子 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今回は２度目でした。１度目のときは別の方が対応して下さり、いつも利用しているサロンが訳あって通えないと伝えたにもかかわらず、とても丁寧に優しい対応でした。ですが今回は対応自体問題はなかったものの、掲示してあるメニューの質問に対して、あまり誠実な感じを受けませんでした。また、この日は客層が若いからなのか、隣の高校生とその対応をしている方がうるさくて、居心地が良くなかったです。それは仕方ないことなので、もう行かなければいいなと。それに、私の対応してくれた方は、ご自分の家族等の話が多くて、ちょっと疲れました。トリートメントもうたっている程の事もなく、シャンプーは行きつけのサロンの良さが際立ってしまいました。たかがシャンプー、されどシャンプー。それに、前回指摘したカードの私の名前の印字が間違ったままでした。今回も伝えたら、すぐに反映されないと言われました。今どきそんなことがあるのかしら。その謝り方も今ひとつでして。この日のスタッフは常連客でなかったせいか、コチラが気を遣う雰囲気もありました。行きつけのサロンに行けるようになったのと、やたら多いサロンの中で、こちらにお世話になる事はもうないと思います。 This was the second time.
