あ	あもちゃ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店長さんに切られました。髪を伸ばすつもりでしたが髪が傷んでいたためか、ストレスでも溜まっているのか強く批判され、仕方なくハイと言ってしまい髪を5センチほど切られました。新しくオープンしたとの事で待つだろうと予約したにもかかわらずやはり30分も待たせる始末。もう二度と行くことは無いでしょう。傷んだ髪をカバーさせることなく無神経な言い方で店員本位の思いやりの押し付けでカットさせざるを得ない状況に持ちこむ店長さんにがっかりしました。後にトリートメントをおすすめされても… It was cut by the store manager. く	くっちゃかぺー on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お店に入った時点で、フロントの方の接客と店内の雰囲気に色々と感じるものがありました。コロナも大分落ち着いて来ていますが、接客業ですよね。にも関わらず除菌を促したりすることなく、検温も体温計はあるのに体温を測ることはありませんでした。カウンセリング表も、他のスタッフさんたくさんいそうでしたけど、私にはただ渡すだけ、もう一人のお客にはかなり熱心にカウンセリングしてたので差別されているようでかなり場違い感がありました。他のお客の方が入店が早かったというのもあるんでしょうけど、スタッフさんと連携とれてるの？それとも人を選んでるの？って感じでした。店内も多くのお客がいる中、他の客のことなんて考えていないかのように大きな声で話しているので、わいわいやりたいならいいんでしょうけど、果たしてリラックスできるかと言われると…。店長さんらしき男性の方も結構大きな声で話してましたし。あまりコロナとか周りに対する配慮とかないのかなって感じたお店でした。 When I entered the store, I felt various things about the customer service at the front desk and the atmosphere inside the store.
