★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Crispy grilled Chicken. We had lunch set with reasonable price. Chicken was well cooked. its skin was perfect and the texture of meat was very juicy. My team was enjoy this meal togerther. Kid is warm welcome. We ordered 1/4 chicken. it came with black meat (thigh and wing). the other was half chicken was quite big. both was served with salad and drink.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worthy of trying... the chicken is crispy,very deliscious, salad is fresh...white wine (Riesling) is also quite matching the meals. Special set for lunch is only 1580 yen, adding 300yen for the shoe wine... a wonderful meal in Karuisawa..

We went there for dinner and did not realize that we need reservations. They had a sign stating that they were full for the night. My husband and I, were by the entrance trying to figure it out where to go for dinner when the Chef/bar staff (male) came by and asked if we had reservation. We told him (with sad faces) No, and he told us that if we were ok, he had a small table for available us. The table was just like any other table and we're so happy for his kindness. The restaurant is cute and cozy. The chicken and appetizers were so delicious. Perfect portion and some plates can be shared. The staff was extremely professional and fast. I'm so glad we tried this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The chicken box was very very good. The skin was perfectly crisp and the veggies in the box were cooked nicely.
The fried potato wedges came with a sour-cream chili sauce that fit perfectly.
Finally, the apple tart with a scoop of milk ice cream topped off a perfect dinner.
The restaurant has a cozy homey atmosphere and I love its logo.

the table next to us was a young couple with baby… when baby start to making noise, the staff went over and provide some wooden toys to catch his attention and the baby start playing before he suppose to think about crying again ?
the roasted chicken was delicious. crispy skin with juice meat, what else?
the staff can communicated in English
this is a place I will come back again and again in Karuizawa. nice beer, maybe Gelato could have been better….
