Googleマップで「Discoverご近所」してたら、すぐ近所に「城趾」があること、初めて知りました。ビックリ！「歴史の跡」大切にしたいです。Googleマップに「古道」の表記があることも知りました。ビックリ！「加曽利城趾」から「古泉道」「駄賃道」歩いて「さとにわ耕園」まで歩いてみました。千葉市に住んで30年目にして、発見だらけです。

I want to cherish the "trace of history". I also learned that Google Maps has the notation "old road". I was surprised! I walked from "Kasori Castle Toe" to "Koizumi Road" and "Dare Road" to "Satoniwa Koen". It's been 30 years since I lived in Chiba City, and I've been full of discoveries.

増長山高伝寺の表参道左側一帯には、鎌倉時代前期の『加曽利城』があったとされ、千葉介常胤の孫で、胤政の長子である加曽利冠者小太郎成胤(しげたね)の居城であったと云われています。この加曽利城址は、かって方形の土塁が回っていたというが、昭和59(1984)年頃は台地の先端部の藪の中に円墳(塚)が7基以上あり、城跡は台地の基部で三方が急崖になっていました。現状は、城址一帯が竹林や雑木に覆われ、大小の円墳(塚)や土塁の一部、大きな窪地などが見られ、城館の遺構らしき様相を確認することができますが、この城址内に鎮座していたとされる『天神社』『八幡神社』『天御中主(あめのみなかぬし)神社』の形跡は確認できません。

At present, the entire area of the castle ruins is covered with bamboo forest and copse, and large and small mounds (mounds), part of the earthwork, and large depressions can be seen, and you can see the appearance of the castle hall's remains. The traces of "Ten Shrine", "Hachiman Shrine", and "Amenogina Kanushi Shrine" which are said to have been settled in the castle ruins cannot be confirmed.
