どのようなルートで情報を得たのかしりませんが自動車事故を家の近くで起こして入院したのを知り、3日後に緊急性が無いのに合鍵で室内に侵入し、飼い猫が脱走しました。（ペット可の物件です）緊急性が無い場合不動産屋、管理者、大家でも刑法130条の住居侵入罪になります。3年以下の懲役、10万円以下の罰金ですが合鍵などを使用して侵入した場合は懲役、初犯であれば執行猶予となります。
つまり犯罪者です。
今もたまに部屋を覗きにきているのが親族から知らされておりますし、周辺住民や近くの他の不動産屋（月極駐車場を借りている）に話してないのに私が足が不自由な事を知っていたり個人情報も平気で漏らします。
ここは不動産屋ではなく犯罪グループです。準備が整い次第引っ越します。
