ま	まか on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 気になっていたお店で、いつも混んでいるし金曜日の夜だからと思いホットペッパーで予約して行った。テーブル席で予約していたが、店の前に着き、あれ…テーブル空いてなくない？2名だったが、普段料理をたくさん頼むのでテーブル席じゃないと乗り切らないためテーブル席で予約したのに。入店して予約名を名乗ると、予約されてませんとのこと。ホットペッパーからの確認メールも来てるので証拠もちゃんとあるんですけど…明らかに店側の不具合だし、そんなに適当ならネット予約可能にしないでほしい。たまたまか知らないが、カウンターが2席空いていたのでそこに通された。案の定狭くて料理乗らん。ドリンクが無くなりそうで店員の女性が自ら注文を聞きに来て注文したが、バイトの上がる時間だかなんだかで帰り、そのままドリンクが提供されず。無責任すぎじゃない？料理が美味しかっただけにがっかり。 I made a reservation with Hot Pepper because it was always crowded at the shop I was interested in and it was Friday night.
