山	山川修 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 市川市役所の火葬場で予定が合わず、こちらで火葬をして頂きました。従業員の方2名おられましたが、女性の方は言葉遣いも丁寧で説明も分かりやすく、親身になって下さるのが凄く伝わりました。ありがとうございました。男性の方は言葉遣いがお世辞にも良いとは言えず何故か所々タメ口でした。これから火葬するという時にペットの棺を持つ際片手で掴み、雑に扱われた時は腸が煮えくり返る思いでした。愛犬との最後のお別れでなんでこんな思いをしなければならないのかと思いました。私達は手元供養を考えていたのですが、何故か火葬直前と火葬後にお骨を直ぐに埋葬して下さい。ケジメなんでね。と言われ意味不明でした。家族全員悲しみより愛犬への申し訳なさでいっぱいでした。他の方のレビューでは親身に対応して頂いた方もいるみたいですが、正直女性の方がいなかったら我慢の限界を超える勢いでした。星1もつけたくありませんが、引き受けて下さった事。女性の方の対応が良かった事。に対しての星になります。次回またお願いする事は絶対にありません。今回はありがとうございました。 I didn't meet the schedule at the crematorium of Ichikawa City Hall, so I had him cremate here. 杏	杏 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 20年前に愛犬(享年16歳)が亡くなり、先に亡くなった猫の遺骨を預けていたこちらの霊園で火葬と遺骨の保管(ロッカー式のお墓)をおねがいしました。事務所にいた年配の女性と男性の対応は丁寧でしたが、当時中年だった男性が最低でした。大型犬までいかない大きめの中型犬(雑種)だったので、想定より火葬に時間がかかったのが気に入らなかったらしく、遺骨を骨壷に入れる際、飼い主が育て過ぎたせいで焼くのに２時間以上もかかった。犬が死んだのは大きく育て過ぎた飼い主のせいだ。反省しろ。謝れ。とかなり強い口調で罵倒されました。こちらが当時は若い女性で言い返せないと思ったのか、単に感情を抑えられない性質なのかわかりませんが、当時は他にペット霊園が無い時代だったので、こういう人がいても経営できるんですね。と思いましたが、今でも同じ人が働いているのでしょうか。働いているとしたら悪いことは言いません。他にもペット霊園はあります。 Twenty years ago, my dog (16 years old) died, and I asked for cremation and storage of the remains (locker-type grave) at this reien where the remains of the cat that died earlier were deposited.
