葵	葵 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前、小動物・爬虫類のことで、お迎えするにあたって気になることがあり担当の方とお話しました。その時に男性(ベテラン風の)の方から、そんなことも知らないのか？と言わんばかりの上から目線で高圧的に話されました。そして、店内はたくさんお客様もいるのに、大きな声で相談内容や金額の話まで周りに聞こえるようにされて非常に恥ずかしく見世物にされたような気持ちになりました。通り過ぎるお客様たちにチラチラ見られて本当に嫌な気持ちになりました。その担当の方は何故かドヤ顔でしたが。動物を扱っている職業なのだから私などの素人が調べている知識より詳しくて当然では？それを、アドバイスでもなく最初から馬鹿にするような態度で接客するなんて。接客業としてもなっていないと思います。ペットの種類やグッズの品揃えもとてもいい店舗なだけに、そのような方がいらっしゃる事がとても残念です。 Previously, I talked with the person in charge about small animals and reptiles, which I may be worried about when welcoming them. 鏡	鏡餅てぷみ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お店も綺麗ですし、トリミングは少しお高いですがお値段以上に満足です。うちのわんこ達もトリマーさん大好きで、いつもしっぽブンブンしてます。他の従業員の方も優しく丁寧でいつも感謝です！ただ、おばちゃん従業員のお二人がトリミングしたてのわんこをこちらの許可なしに無理矢理触ってきます。ひとりは化粧の濃い香水の匂いぷんぷんさせてるキタさんておばあちゃんみたいな方。ひとりは眼鏡の黒髪ボサボサ頭の中年女性でお二人共レジと商品陳列されてた方。怖がって吠えてるのに二人でちょけてるのも不快でしたが、その後店長さんが、確かにあんまりだと言って下さりしっかり対応下さいました。とても迅速でとても丁寧なご対応を下さり、信頼できる方で信頼できる店舗だと思います。お魚も小動物も爬虫類もわんちゃん猫ちゃんもみんなゆったり構えていて見ていても楽しいです。 The shop is beautiful and the trimming is a little expensive, but I am satisfied with the price.
