n	nico on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お昼に伺いました。よくお店の前の通りを通るので気になっていたんですが、知らないお寿司屋さんってなかなか入りにくいですよね。今回はお寿司が食べたいという奥さんの希望を叶えるべく初めて暖簾をくぐりました。お店は清潔感があって落ち着いた感じ。小上がりのテーブルの間にはビニールシートが張ってありコロナ対策がしっかり行き届いてとても好感が持てます。お任せにぎりのなかからお店の名前にもなっている＂柏＂を注文。にぎりが8貫、巻物が3つ。盛りつけも綺麗です。なんだろう、行き慣れてない感たっぷりの書込みしちゃうと、こういうお店のマグロ赤身って本当に美味しいですね。中トロも美味しいですが、マグロの美味しいお寿司屋さんなら私は赤身の方が好きです。ちょっとランチに、っていうのには少しお高い感じですが、今度はちゃんと考えて夜にお酒を飲みながら食べに行きたいお店でした。 I visited at noon.
