★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 緊急搬送され、その後入院しましたが、入院患者本人に対しての説明不足がひどい。
入院して説明されたのは、差額ベッド代のことと病衣のレンタル代のことのみ。
しかも、かかりますとだけで金額の説明もなし。
病衣の替えはいつ貰えるのか?や、シャワーは使えるのか?使うには何を用意しなくてはいけないのか?消灯時間等の説明も一切なし。
備え付けの設備説明なし(テレビの操作説明はぶら下がってました)冊子などもなく、いちいち忙しそうにしている人を捕まえて聞かなくてはいけないことにストレスを感じます。
また、治療方針も明らかにされず、いつ退院できるかの見込みや予定の説明もなし。
少なくとも病院のシステムや利用できるサービスについては各病室に1つ冊子を置くだけで解決するのに、こんな不親切な病院は初めてです。
忙しいなら忙しいで、確認できる何かを用意してほしい。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 診察で来たのではなく1階の待合室を利用させてもらいました。出入口ではスタッフさんが患者さんや訪問者さんらの検温測定や手の消毒をしておられました。待合室ではATMコーナーや簡単な売店などがありました。まだ僕は病もなく30代で若いけど、いずれここでお世話になることと思います。今、気になる病は浪費癖と女癖が悪いかもしれません(笑) 桜のシーズンでは病床の窓から桜が楽しめることでしょう。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 喉に腫瘍ができ(良性)耳鼻咽喉科で手術をしてもらいました 診察の待ち時間は確かに長いですが 先生はしっかり診てくれますし 看護士さんも みなさんとても優しいです 入院生活はベッドが窓側ではないので 空気の入れ換えが出来ないのが残念でした。手術するときの麻酔の先生や看護士さんがすごく楽しくて 緊張することもなく 笑いながら麻酔で寝てしまい手術をうけたようです。手術が延期になるというハプニングはありましたが病棟の看護士さんもとても優しくて ここで嫌な思いをしたこともありませんでした
ここを選んでよかったと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 少し熱があり風邪かと思いながらもPCRを受けれる病院の為、初めてこちらの病院を利用しました。
電話で問診、予約を取り、指定された時間に行き『受付から会計までトータルで2時間30分ほど』かかりました。
診察場所はプレハブで、待機場所は基本外の為体調は余計に悪化します。
インフルエンザかどうかの結果が出るのに1時間以上は待たされ、その上PCR検査の結果は2〜3日かかる。その間は自宅待機で、陰性の場合は連絡はないとのこと。
保険適用(3割負担)で3070円ですが、それとは別に【選定療養費】というものが保険適用外で上乗せされます。2370円。トータルで5440円。
選定療養費は病院と診療所の機能分担の推進を図る観点から、病床数が200床以上の病院を受診される際は初・再診において特別の料金を徴収できる。というものだそうです。
なので、大病を患わない限り、できるだけ小さな病院を受診される方が時間もお金も無駄にならないのでいいかと思います。
駐車料金は4時間以内で100円なので、その点だけは唯一評価できます。

柏駅から無料バスで5分で到着!
とても早い✩.*˚
初めてだったので入口がわからず病院の入口にいたスタッフさんに伺いました。
その通りに行ったら救急センターでした(笑)
ちょっと分かりにくいです( .. )
9時予約のところ8:40分くらいに受付をし53番。
終わったのが11:55分くらい。
思ったより時間がかかりました´-`)
スタッフさんの人数は多くとてもテキパキとしていました。
親切な方ばかりでした。

子供の怪我などに対応してくださったMRIのかたや救急の先生など看護師さんも含めとても親切でした。
駅をはさんで反対側に住んでいるので中々来ることも無いのですが、東口側の大きな病院とは対応が違い有難いことです。
受付も含めこちらの病院をオススメします。

The MRI person who dealt with the child's injury and the nurses such as the emergency teacher were very kind.
I live on the other side of the station, so I don't come here often, but I'm grateful that the correspondence is different from the big hospital on the east exit side.
We recommend this hospital including the reception.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 12月初旬に家内が市の健康診断を受診後届いた要精密検査の通知。年末の診療最終日にこちらの乳腺外科にかかりました。その後主治医となった先生が少しでも早くと組織検査を当日実施してくれました。年明けに出た結果は初期の乳癌。2月初旬に手術日が決まり何日かの通院日がありましたが入院から手術、退院迄が実にスムースでした。待合室で待機していた自分に手術着のままの先生が病状説明に見え安心させてくれたのを覚えています。この日をきっかけにこの病院が家内のかかりつけの病院になりました。良い病院だとは思いますが混雑は例外ではなく予約がない時は診察待ちにそれなりの覚悟が必要です。
柏駅西口やアーバンパークライン、つくばエクスプレス沿線の駅からの循環バスも増便され頻繁に発着し便利です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a good building and good equipment but the problem is the people working here are bunch of inexperienced or lowest quality of workers. I had to do 3 injection for a blood test that they can't do properly. The other time I came again another 2 blood tests because of their mistakes. Are they enjoying injecting needles on people? It seems their staff lack the knowledge and skills and deserve to go to another training or better have their patient inject multiple times to them.. what a waste of people's tax spent on low quality service professional.
