H	Hidetake Nagae on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 柏市ホームページでも所在地は「ファミリかしわ」7階ということになっていますが、「柏マルイ」7階の方が妥当ではないでしょうか。ファミリかしわのフロアガイドには5階までしかなくて戸惑いました。同じ建物ですが。土曜は受け取りだけできます。日曜祝日は休業です。ほかのパスポートセンターはたいてい土曜休業、日曜受け取り可なので、めずらしいと思います。柏市に住民登録がある人だけでなく、千葉県の他の市町村に住民登録がある人も利用できます（詳細はウェブサイト参照）。なお松戸にある千葉県の東葛飾旅券事務所は2019年3月15日で閉鎖されるそうです。今後は市町村に移管を進めていくということなんですかね。 The location on the Kashiwa City website says that it is on the 7th floor of "Family Kashiwa", but I think the 7th floor of "Kashiwa Marui" is more appropriate.
