★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こちらのメンチカツは戸塚の名物です。諸説ありますが、この地でハム製造を始めたカーチスさんより製造法を学んだ日本人のひとりで、地元の庄屋、かつての旭町商店街にあった斎藤肉店の本拠地です。戸塚店はトツカーナ（東急ストアの手前）で元気に営業中です。我が家では焼き豚も（ほとんどいつも半額で書かれています。これまた名物）定番でご飯の上にのせて、添付のタレとマヨネーズをかけて楽しんでます。
 This is a special dish from Totsuka. Although there are various theories, one of the Japanese who learned the manufacturing method from Mr. Curtis who started ham production in this area, it is the headquarters of the local Shoya, Saito meat shop in the former Asahimachi shopping district. The Totsuka store is in operation with Totsukana (in front of Tokyu Store). At my home, I also enjoy grilled pork (almost always written at half price. This is also a specialty) on top of rice with a sauce and mayonnaise.
