★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5/14夕方紫陽花を買いに来ました。プレゼントであまり花に関して知識がなかったので咲ききってなくて長く楽しめるものはないか聞いたところ、冷たく「ちょっと待ってください」と言われました。直後常連さんらしき人が来てその人の対応をし始める。先にいた私は後回し
その人の対応が終わりそうだったので、店員さんに近づき同じ質問すると「そういうのないですから！！！」とキツくいわれました
結局近くの別の花屋で分からないことを丁寧に教えもらい買いました。しかも買ったとこの花と比べるとここの花は貧相なものばかり…
花を売る前に接客を学んだらいかがですか？
