ひとつひとつのケーキにこだわりあり、食べ応えもあります！
いちごのモンブランは、ムースがふんわり甘酸っぱくも優しい美味しさで、一番下にクッキー?生地が♥️
縦に食べても、横に食べても美味しいです♥️
もちろんバナナタルトも然り！！
コスパ良く、いわき市で一番大好きなケーキ屋さんです！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ シュークリームが最高に美味しいです。中のクリームは甘すぎずとろけるような舌触り。鼻に抜ける卵の香り。シュー生地の表面にはザラメがトッピングしてありカリッとした歯ざわりと中の柔らかな食感とのバランスが大変良く食べた後の重い感じがしない大変満足できる一品だと思います。たまに店頭に出ていますが予約でないと買えません。

I think that the surface of the shoe fabric is topped with a texture, and the balance between the crispy texture and the soft texture inside is very satisfying and does not feel heavy after eating. ヨーロッパ各国を巡ったパティシエが、各国の伝統菓子をアレンジしたオリジナルなケーキが楽しめます♫
オススメはボンブココ、チョコムース、ココナッツクリーム、生クリーム、メレンゲの組み合わせは初めて、とっても美味しかったです(´ڡ`)
小さいですが店内でも食べられ、珈琲/紅茶はフリーのセルフサービスで頂けます(^^)
