★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先祖代々横浜の百姓の私、鹿島田は田畑のあった頃からの第二の在？日立等の工場が引き払った現今、三井ビルは近在の象徴ですね。1Fの☕やフロアー椅子席は何かと使わせて頂いてます。
 Kashimada, the peasant of Yokohama for generations, has been the second person since the time when Tabata was there? Now that the factories such as Hitachi have withdrawn, the Mitsui Building is a symbol of the near future. I am using the ☕ on the 1st floor and the chair seats on the floor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ エントランスがあり、ピアノの自動演奏も心地よく、簡易テーブルでは皆、お菓子食べながらリラックスしてます。
There is an entrance, the automatic piano performance is comfortable, and everyone at the simple table is relaxing while eating sweets.

新川崎駅から歩道橋が繋がっており、便利。
只、ロビーが南側マンションの住人の生活道路になっているので、煩わしい。
It is an office building with twin towers over 30 floors.
A pedestrian bridge is connected from Shinkawasaki Station, which is convenient.
However, it is annoying because the lobby is the living road for the residents of the condominium on the south side.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 30年以上オフィス品質を保っているのは、それなりに金をかけているとはいえさすが。喫煙所が充実。ただし、フル出勤したら周りの施設がチープすぎ。所詮新川崎という感じ。
Maintaining office quality for more than 30 years is a reasonable amount of money. There are plenty of smoking areas. However, when I go to work full time, the surrounding facilities are too cheap. After all, it feels like Shinkawasaki.
