★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 前からとても気になっていたお店です。
今までに3度伺ったがいずれも営業しておらず「閉業しちゃったのかな？」と思って諦めていましたが、たまたま向かいの栃銀に寄り、何気にココをチラ見したら暖簾が出てるのが見えて訪問。
11時15分でしたが営業されてました。
外観に比べると店内はそれほど悪くないです。女将のワンオペ営業。
チャーシューメンを注文しました。
すると割り箸とレンゲとお冷とアイスコーヒーを出してくれました。
先客0のためすぐに着丼。
厚めのチャーシュー5枚と玉子とメンマとワカメとネギがのってました。
「コショウをかけて食べてね」との事でした。
確かにスープが若干甘めなのでコショウをかけた方がいい感じになりました。
麺は喉越しも歯応えも良くおいしかったです。
気さくな女将はアイスコーヒーのおかわりを勧めてくれましたが丁重にお断りしました?
ここは矢板在住の知人や近場の知人に聞いても誰もが「行ったことがない」と言うディープな場所です。
僕的には他のメニューも食べてみたくなりました。
存在自体がお気に入りです。

 It's a shop that I've always been interested in.
I've visited him three times so far, but none of them are open and I gave up thinking "Is it closed?" I saw it coming out and visited.

The inside of the store is not so bad compared to the appearance. One-operated business of the landlady.
I ordered char siu men.
Then he served disposable chopsticks, astragalus, cold coffee and iced coffee.
Donburi immediately because the first customer is 0.
There were 5 thick char siu, egg, menma, wakame seaweed and green onion.
He said, "Pepper and eat."
Certainly the soup is a little sweet, so it feels better to sprinkle with pepper.
The noodles were delicious and chewy.
The friendly landlady recommended a replacement for iced coffee, but politely declined it ?
This is a deep place where everyone says "I have never been there" even if I ask an acquaintance living in Yaita or a nearby acquaintance.
I wanted to try other menus as well.
The existence itself is my favorite.
