★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前重い荷物を送るとき台車を借りようとしたら、局員さんが運んでくれてとても親切に対応してくれました。４月から送料はだいぶ上がりましたが、気持ち良く帰って来れました。
 When I tried to rent a trolley to send heavy luggage before, a staff member carried it and was very kind to me. The shipping cost has risen considerably since April, but I came back comfortably.

本日、窓口で振込手続きをお願いした折にかんぽ商品の不適正営業の件で説明とお詫びをして頂きました。
始業前には局長をリーダーに皆さんで郵便局建屋廻り、歩道、花壇、車道の清掃をされています。局での出入りの際にはすがすがしい声での挨拶があります。窓口では笑顔で対応して頂けます。パンフレット（すべてを、お客さまのために）の項目を以前から局一人一人が実践されています。
私は4年前から鹿島区の住民とし生活をさせて頂いております。
仕事の都合で九州から東北までの市町村での生活をして参りましたが、
何処の郵便局を推挙しますかの問い掛けが有れば、迷いもなく鹿島郵便局と答えます。決して過大評価では無いことをお約束いたします。
経営者の皆さん、日々、努力をされ組織を支え顧客と接する方々の

I would like to post my gratitude to everyone at the Kashima Post Office.
Today, when I asked for the transfer procedure at the counter, I explained and apologized for the improper sales of Japan Post Insurance products.
Before the start of work, everyone is cleaning the post office building, sidewalks, flower beds, and driveways under the leadership of the director. There is a refreshing greeting when entering and exiting the station. You can respond with a smile at the counter. The items in the pamphlet (all for our customers) have been practiced by each bureau for some time.
I have been living as a resident of Kashima Ward for 4 years.
I have lived in cities, towns and villages from Kyushu to Tohoku because of my work.
If you have a question about which post office to recommend, I will answer Kashima Post Office without hesitation. We promise that it is not an overestimate.
