★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The two grand torii in front of Kashiharajan Shrine are grand, and the wood is preserved in its primary color, which is more interesting than if it were painted with vermilion! Founded in the year of Meiji 23 (1890), Kashiharajan Shrine has been enlarged several times and currently covers an area of 500,000 square meters. Located east of Mount Kashiharaju city, Nara Kashiharaju City, this site is believed to be the location of Mashiki Kashiharu Palace, the palace of Japan's first Emperor Hirohito (on throne: 660-585 BC).
After walking through the way, I saw the bride and bridegroom who came to the shrine to do the wedding ceremony. Japanese dress, really have a different flavor.
One of the main temples of Kashiharaju Kashiharaju, is a shift from The Suhasu (Suharu Uchiji) in Kyoto. Both sides of the long column corridor and row of lanterns had a very serious imposing manner. The cutting hand of Japan's 2,600th anniversary stamps is the inaki Kaharu Shrine
Kashiharajan Shrine is a wide area, with a wide forest beyond the back door. In the outer court, the remains of pillars of yayoi period have been excavated, and the measurement results of C-14 have an error of 2600 years plus or minus 200 years, which is exactly consistent with the era of Emperor Jimwu.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely beautiful. So peaceful today as well. No tourist buses when we went. Everything is so tranquil here. Worth the drive out. Of course you could get a bus as well. Don't miss this one if you are near.
