★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 「ほっこり」もできない。実際に電車に乗り降りする時に段差がある。近鉄下田駅だけ綺麗にするのは片手落ちではないでしょうか？志都美、JR五位堂が綺麗なだけにその差が目立ち過ぎる。
 You can't “smile”. There are steps when actually getting on and off the train. Isn't it one-handed to clean only Kintetsu Shimoda Station? The difference is too noticeable as Shitomi and JR Gojido are beautiful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 全くバリアフリーでないうえに電車とホームの段差が大きすぎて自分のような障害者には利用しにくいうえ、駅員の出来が悪く質問の答えがしょっちゅう間違っているうえ運賃清算の計算もまともにできない。以前は特急券を買うのに40ふんくらいかかった。とにかく駅員の出来が悪すぎる。まともな駅員を配置してほしい。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 乗降客が少ない 最寄りの下田駅 もしくは五位堂駅があるためだ 路線バスも少ない でも乗降客は１日約3000人は立派だ 地元には大事な駅に違いない

駅員さんも親切で小さいけどとても便利ないい駅です！

13年前は、応援で他店に行った時に利用しました。本日は、違います。
無人駅のような感じの駅ですが、
駅員さんは、男女１人ずついました。
女性の方は、しっかりと声が出てましたが
男性の方は、まぁ暑いし仕方がないんですかね。
やる気のない声で、ご利用ありがとうございますって…。
次の電車まで、20分待ち。
次にこの線をこの駅を利用するのは、分かりませんが。
不便なのかな？
車で行ったら良かったと思ってます。
待ち合い室とかもないので、現在汗をダラダラ流しながら死んでおります。
駅前に新しいラーメ屋が出来ていたので、帰りにチェックしたいけど、駐車場がなかった。
残念です。
駐車場無ければ、売り上げがかなり減るみたいですよ。
