毒	毒舌正直屋（ネコ） on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ たまに利用してますが、CDなど予約して順番が来ると図書館から連絡が来て 1週間の取置きとして直ぐに行きますが返却する時うっかり忘れて1週間過ぎると直ぐ翌日に連絡があります。その連絡も1日過ぎた位でその日に３回、4回も電話がかかってきたりします。次の予約してる方が待ってるので早く返却しないといけないのはわかりますが 1回連絡来たら、充分です。仕事上、直ぐに行きたくても行けない状況もあります。借金取り立て…のような…⁈ 気分悪いです！あまりの対応に…に思います。しつこい所が多度あります。利用されてる方くれぐれも気をつけて下さい！接客に関して無愛想で、笑顔すらない従業員さんばかりです。ただマニュアルに沿って接客してるだけ！無料で貸し出しの図書館だから無理はないわな！ I use it once in a while, but when I make a reservation for a CD and it's my turn, the library will contact me.
