★ ★ ★ ★ ★ かつてここに吸谷廃寺が存在しました。法隆寺式伽藍配置の大型寺院とされ、その後に慈眼寺観音堂が建てられました。それが現在現存する建物であり、この場所名称は慈眼寺になります。観音堂は戸が閉じられ一般に中を見ることなど出来ないようですが、吸谷廃寺の遺産は境内に残っているので、それを見るために訪れるのは有りかと思います。駐車場は2台程度停車可能な場所があるのですが吸谷町公会堂が目の前にあり、駐車可能であれば。一時的に駐車するにはそちらの方が良いと思います。
 There used to be an abandoned temple of Soya. It is said to be a large temple with a Horyuji style cathedral, and then the Jigenji Kannon temple was built. It is the existing building, and the place name is Jigenji. It seems that you can't generally see the inside of the Kannon-do because the doors are closed, but since the heritage of the Sumiya Abandoned Temple remains in the precincts, I think it's worth visiting to see it. There are parking spaces for about 2 cars, but if there is the Sumiyacho Public Hall in front of you, you can park. I think that it is better for temporary parking.
