そこらのスーパーなんか目じゃありません。
後継者問題や大型スーパーの進出で個人の優良精肉店が軒並み廃業している中、頑張って欲しいです。
駐車場がないのが注意。

夫婦共働きでなかなか揚げ物は出来ないので買って持ち帰ってその日のメインディッシュになることが多いです。
妻も子どももここのメンチカツが気に入っています。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 美明豚って銘柄なのに安いです。小間切れでg110円位です。土曜日は豚肉特売で安くなります。メンチもコスパ最高(130円？)なので是非オススメです。コスパでいったら個人的には水戸一番だと思います
It is cheap though the beauty pig is brand name. It is g110 yen around the booth. On Saturdays, it will be cheaper by selling pork. Menci is also the best cospa (130 yen?), So it is highly recommended. I think personally Mito Ichiban if you are in cospa

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2021.11.21 常陸牛が食べたくて、蕎麦屋よ志乃の並びのお肉やさんで念願の常陸牛のカルビ、ポークウインナーを購入。炭火と、Lodgeの厚い鉄板を使い味比べ。炭火は脂が落ちてしつこさはなく、お肉の味がよくわかります。鉄板では、美味しい脂が肉自体を揚げる様な料理になりどちらも肉がうまい！のが良くわかりました。ステーキ屋で食べなくても美味しい酒を呑んで自分で料理した方が安上がりw 肉溶けました。常陸牛、もっと有名になります様に！レトルトのカレーは甘口、中辛、辛いのと種類があります、間違えて甘いの買いそうになりました。店主のおじさまが優しそうな人で癒されます。
次のキャンプもここで肉を買うぞー！！

Even if you don't eat at a steak shop, it's cheaper to drink delicious sake and cook it yourself. May Hitachi beef become more famous! There are various types of retort curry, sweet, medium spicy, and spicy, and I was about to buy sweet by mistake. The owner's uncle is healed by a kind person.
I'll buy meat here at the next camp too! !!
