★ ★ ★ ★ ★ チョコレートは予約とあったので諦めました。既にボックスに入ってるギフトは購入?。でも苦手な味も入ってたので今回はやめました。すっごく美味しそうなので次回買えたらいいなぁ。
今回はバスクチーズケーキとショートケーキ、ミルフィーユを買いました。バスクチーズケーキは目の前でキャラメリゼしてくれます←撮影?ってありました！
バスクチーズケーキは濃厚で食べごたえあり、キャラメリゼのアクセントが良くて美味しかったが結構なボリュームです。
ミルフィーユはクリームが濃厚で生地との相性もバッチリですが、生地は厚めなのでフォークでサックリとはいきません?ザックリ刺すとクリームが大惨事。美味しいけれど、人前で食べる時は相手を選ぶ…かな?
ショートケーキは甘さ控えめでスポンジもしっとり。美味しい！次も買います!
塩釜方面から行かれる方は中央分離帯がある為、ナビ通りに右折して周って行くのが良いかと。駐車場はそんなに広くはないので、出入りは気をつけて下さい。現在、外と店内にアルコール消毒があるので必須です。

If you are going from Shiogama, there is a median strip, so it is better to turn right on Navi Street and go around. The parking lot is not so large, so please be careful when entering and exiting. Currently, there is alcohol disinfection outside and inside the store, so it is essential.

特にバスクチーズケーキは上のバーナーで炙ったところが香ばしいし、チーズ部分は濃厚なのにさっぱり食べられます(^^)
他のケーキもちょうどよい甘さで、どれも美味しいです。焼き菓子もスタンダードから、古代米等地元の名産を使ったものまであり、おいしいです。
オーナーさんのインスタも見ていて楽しいです！
